  Worst Tim's experience yet. They had a load of people working behind the counter, yet no one seemed to be responsible for serving customers. Getting us a black coffee was as huge choir for the person who finally delivered it. She slammed it on the counter and let out a huge sigh. It wasn't even busy. It was a very young crew and I wonder if everyone there was actually working their first jobs. It was comical.

  Apart from that, I did order a couple coffees and the wait might have been a little longer than it should have been, but it wasn't too bad.

  This is a well situated Tim Hortons, nestled at the end of the road at a valley its a nice view. Otherwise its your standard issue Tim Hortons. Parking can be quite a feat here since so many people drive through here on the way to or from Bancroft. Good luck getting into the bathroom during a rush hour.

  The cleanliness of the restaurant could use improvement, especially in the restrooms.

  A good stop on the way through the area - the same "Always Fresh" (read: delivered frozen) good as any other Timmie's. The parking lot is a little tighter than the other Tim Hortons but it's never really been a problem.

  Great food and prices.Drive trough experience is getting ridiculous when people have such large orders and the time it takes to collect payment

  This Tim Hortons is very experienced in customer service. The staff have high product knowledge.
