  Who would close there doors for three weeks in snowmobile season.these people clearly have no concern about customer servive.jennifer is rude and clueless.

  If i can give it zero stars i would! I wouldn't bring anything to this shop ever again. I had them look over a side by side to see what the problems was with it. I didn't tell them to take anything off. Once they told to the price to fix it i almost had a heart attack. $6000 for them to replace a Eps and a lower control arm. I got a quote from another dealership and they charged me $3000 for all the same work. When I went to go pick up the machine I found it in pieces parked outside with the key in it. They even picked up the side by side with a fork lift. Not safe at all. Also the machine front end was in parts. Pretty much making it a nightmare to put back together.

  During peak snowmobiling season, this place decides to close from Feb 9th to 20th with no updated website messaging or phone message. This place is a front! They don't care about customers nor do they really want to work hard. Avoid this place at all costs! Arctic Cat should withdraw from using them as a dealer. A special mention to the red-head who I think is called Jennifer...you must have got your customer service training at Customers aRn't US! Rude and simply just ignorant! STAY AWAY!

  We purchased a pontoon boat from the boat show in October. We had discussed purchasing the exact same boat, with the exception of the motor. Once the boat was delivered, May 13th, we did NOT receive the same boat, the gas tank was not built in, as Jenn explained it wasn't written on her sheet as a built in gas tank was $1250 additional, how would we, as the consumer know that omg...wow!!! We got the boat in the water and one of the canvas' had approx. 30-40 bare spots on it. Today, July 25th we are still waiting for it to be replaced (almost 3 months). I just got off the phone with Jenn, who was, probably the rudest person I have ever spoken to, the attitude was incredible, it was almost as if I MADE THE ERROR...I said this is definitely not how you treat or talk to a customer...she finally apologized (with attitude), BUT it was not her fault, it's Princecrafts, was her answer...I really cannot believe this experience...if you are looking to purchase a boat, this is not the place. I will update this review once I hear back from Jamie, the manager...fingers crossed he is customer service oriented. By the way, we have only contacted them twice, the day the boat arrived and today...imagine if we were calling them weekly with the faulty/damaged product that was delivered to us!!!! No to call the head office

  I have nothing but good too say about Jamie and his staff. I have had two problems with my boat and I was more than satisfied with the service. I normally do not give reviews but I think I was given excellent service!
