  Absolutely terrible service. After coming in with a check engine light and transmission worries, we were told that the dealer was much too busy and wouldnt even look at us for 2-3 days. We were traveling from Nova Scotia and did not know the area or have any idea where we could find help. When we asked whether the vehicle was safe to take to another dealership, we were told that the service person "was not a tech". We were offered no support, phone numbers or even a smile. Though we recognize what a busy week this was, the lack of any support was some of the poorest customer service we have ever had. Thank goodness for Doug Hunter Ford in Madoc for squeezing us in and getting us back on the road after an easy diagnostic test.
