  They often have a selection of products that are unusual but effective, eg - small bath tub for a cottage , small laundry tub, etc.

  Staff is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and there to help immediately. Have travelled all over Ontario and have visited many Home Hardware. This is the best store.

  I swear by home hardware in Bancroft. The staff are friendly knowledgeable and very welcoming. All of the staff are great but particularly, I like hunting down Dave Craftchick because he is very knowledgeable and if they don't have what it is I am looking for, he almost always finds a way to improvise and in some cases he has ordered a specific item and it was on time and the exact item I was looking for.

  Women in paint department told me that White paint is no longer made, was trying to get me to buy a tinted product. Well I went and got..... guess what? Bought white paint elsewhere. White paint is no longer made? Really...... 2 Star for lacking such basic knowledge. Home Hardware lost a sale that day.
