  Stayed at the Sword Inn on business. When I first checked in room was freezing cold I could actually see my breath and was u able to maintain heat. None of the listed amenities were available. The bed while serving igreat purpose was uncomfortable, the room was dated and small for the price. I pray to never stay here again

  Went for swim with my husband. Water nice warm. Very relaxing then enjoyed the hot tub. Jets weren't working. But still enjoyed it at $12.99/adult open from 10am till 10 pm.

  Clean & comfortable beds which is most important. Staff always friendly and courteous. Rooms are small which is not a big deal. Bathrooms are tiny. Bath tub is tiny. Larger people will feel cramped. Rooms themselves look dated. Pool and exercise room are in a separate building so you have to go outside your room/building which is a bit of a hassle especially if it's cold outside. On the positive side, your vehicle is parked immediately outside your room. My biggest complaint is the extremely slow Internet. It was so slow that I ended using my own Internet plan on my iPhone . We were also given the incorrect WiFi password but figured out the correct one ourselves. One peculiarity is they would not send me a copy of the bill after I returned home for security reasons because the room was neither reserved under my name nor paid by me. Even luxury hotels will give you a copy of the bill if you give them enough information about the person who made the reservation. This is the first inn/motel/hotel that refused to send me the bill. Weighing all these issues, I would not stay here again. Extremely hard to believe this was formerly a Best Western location.

  If I could give zero stars I would. We had to check out early from our stay and did with the front desk. However, since we left the do not disturb sign on the door they continued to charge us for the subsequent nights. Hotel is WAY overpriced for what it is. Do not stay here.
